What is your shipping policy?

Order preparation: Depending on order size and current volume, we typically ship within 1–5 business days (most orders go out in 1–2 days).

Delivery time: After shipping, delivery within the US usually takes 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number the moment it ships.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Why does my candle look or smell slightly different from the last one?

The natural color and subtle honey aroma can vary slightly from batch to batch depending on the bees’ forage. These small differences are completely normal, not a defect, and proof you’re getting authentic pure beeswax.

How do I get the cleanest burn from my candle?

All North Rangers candles use 100 % cotton wicks. Before every burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This simple step prevents tunneling, eliminates soot and smoke, and ensures the cleanest, longest, and most even burn possible.

Ensure the candle is on a flat, fire resistant surface. Keep away from flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Are your candles really 100 % natural and non-toxic?

Yes. Our candles are made with one of two waxes:

100 % pure beeswax from City Bee Savers (Illinois) and Lappe’s Bee Farm (Iowa).
U.S.-grown soy wax made from soybeans grown in America’s Midwest.
